Redeem Vouchers

NOTE: You must have a valid donation to qualify to receive a voucher. Donations must correspond to the dates listed next to the promotion below.*

Additional Information

  • It may take up to 48 hours for your donation to be entered into our system.
  • Digital Vouchers will have redemption codes provided at the time of your donation or in a post-donation email. Your donation must be registered in our system before your digital voucher can be redeemed.
  • Physical Vouchers for goods or services will be offered at time of donation.
  • In order to redeem your digital voucher, please log in or create your donor profile at yourbloodinstitute.org and ensure your primary email address is correct.
  • It will take about an hour for the voucher to be emailed to you after you redeem your code, provided you have a valid email in your online donor profile.
  • Your voucher will be sent as an email attachment. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folders and/or ensure that your primary email is correct in your donor profile and repeat the process.
  • After completing these steps, if you still have trouble retrieving your voucher, please fill out the Voucher Help Request Form or call OBI customer service at 877-340-8777.

*Vouchers are valid for one-time use for entry. They are valid on any one 2024 regularly scheduled operating day. May not be used with any other offer. May not be used toward the purchase of a membership or season pass. Not valid for special events. Ticket has No cash value. Please check individual partner websites for dates and hours of operation. Physical vouchers and coupons will have expiration dates and specific terms printed on the voucher.
